Drink your weight in ounces of water every day – in order to healthfully lose weight

If you want to lose 5-10 pounds this week, follow my 4 rules. (1) Drink your weight in ounces of water every
day. If you weigh 150 pounds, drink 150 ounces a day. (2) If it can’t Run, Walk, Swim or Fly – don’t put it in
your mouth. Your fist is the size of 400 calories of Run, Walk, Swim or Fly. Eat your fist, 3-4 times a day of
beef, poultry, veal, pork, fish or shellfish. (3) Unlimited vegetables without butter or oil, anything you want, as
much as you want, except NO pea, potatoes or corn. (4) Nothing else. NO flour, sugar, rice, bread, fruit, juice,
alcohol, crackers, cake, cookies, pie, ice cream.
