You have to figure out what works best for you for weight loss, but you probably know what you need to do already. You know if you do better eating one, two or six meals a day. (Medically, it doesn’t matter how often you eat. It’s like putting gas in your car. It doesn’t matter if you fuel up once, twice or six times a day. You body handles calories exactly the same way.) You know if you do better eating early, eating in the middle of the day, or eating late. (Medically, we’re back to your car again. It doesn’t matter if you put in fuel early or late. Your body handles calories the same way, no matter what time you eat them.) You know if you do better drinking water, coffee, tea or Diet Coke. (Meidcally, your body can’t tell the difference between water, iced tea and Diet Coke. But you know what you feel best drinking.) You know if you do better exercising or not exercising. (Medically, exercise tends to slow down weight loss because it increases hunger and makes patients eat more. But not always. You know whether exercise helps you lose weight or throws you into feeding frenzy.)
