Limiting calories is hard, because you will be hungry. The reason I want you to restrict carbohydrates as well as carbohydrates, is that you will be less hungry. The less carbohydrate you eat, the less insulin your body produces. The insulin on board, the less hungry you will be. It is much easier to eat fewer calories, when you eat fewer carbohydrates.
