I want to take a break from 1000 calorie, low carb diets, to reinforce what you need to do to lose weight. You absolutely, positively cannot freely feed on a low carb diet and expect to lose weight. You cannot eat as much as you want. You need a structure, to keep your calories from going to stupid. Keep your calories under 1000 a day. Keep your carb intake under 10 grams per feeding. You’ll lose 3-5 pounds a week. This is what all my 1000 calorie, low carb diets (structures) are for.
