When you’re in trouble on a diet, go back to basics. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. It’s always easier to eat nothing at all, than to eat a little. Go as long as you can without eating. It doesn’t matter what time you eat, any more than it matters what time you put gas in your car. Calories are processed the same at 8am as they are at midnight. When you do eat – eat protein only, anything that walks, swims or flies, up to a pound a day.
