If you are overly hungry, I may need to adjust your medication. If you are craving sweets and starches, I may need to adjust your medication. If your energy is low, I may need to adjust your medication. But first, if you are not feeling and doing well – make sure you are drinking at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day. If your energy is low or you are having muscle cramps, makes sure you are drinking 2-4 bouillon cubes in water a day. If you are not losing weight quickly enough, make sure you are not eating anything other than your pound of dead animal a day, and drinking your water.
