Vegetables, except for peas, potatoes and corn are free on my diet, because if you don’t put butter or olive oil on your vegies, they are almost calorie free. Diet dressing is fine. Try to find a diet dressing that you like that has 30 calories per tablespoon or less. A trick is to roast your vegies in a 500 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, lightly spraying with Pam or butter flavored Pam first. Fresh, canned or frozen – all work.
