This is one of my favorite day in, day out diets. It’s a ton of food and relatively easy to do, and well under 1000 calories a day. I do this mostly with Orange Roughy and Salmon. Breakfast – 1 pound of steamed Vegetables, with diet dressing if you like. I’m partial to asparagus or broccoli or kale. Lunch – 2 pound of fruit, preferably melon, berries, pineapple or grapefruit. Dinner – up to 2 pounds of Fish. Diet Jello for dessert.
