Always go as long as you can without eating. If you’re not hungry until 4pm, don’t eat a thing until 4pm. It’s always easier to eat nothing than to eat a little. So when in doubt, eat nothing. In order of preference, eat shellfish (20 calories an ounce), then eat fish (30 calories an ounce), then eat chicken (40 calories an ounce), then eat pork (50 calories an ounce), then eat beef (60 calories an ounce). If you want to lose weight as fast as possible, don’t eat any vegetables – eat dead animules only.
