The weight loss pecking order

Strategically, if you want to lose weight as fast and efficiently as possible, calorie-controlled dead animal only is the way to go. Limit your calories to 1500 (or so) a day. 1000 calories a day is better. Remember to drink a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day, and you’ll probably need 2-4 bouillon cubes a day to replace the sodium you are losing on this low calorie, low carbohydrate diet. When you absolutely, positively can’t do dead animals only any more, add unlimited (but don’t be crazy) 5% veggies. 5% veggies are any vegetable (5% carbohydrate) you like, except peas, potatoes or corn. When you can’t do dead animals and veggies any more, add up to 1 pound of fruit a day. Fruit is best eaten all at once, either as your first meal of the day with nothing else, or before or after you last meal of the day of dead animals and veggies.
