The TV Dinner Diet

The TV Dinner Diet

The TV Dinner Diet is one of the best ways to lose weight. Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, Healthy Steamers, Marie Calendar’s even Stouffer’s – are one of the most convenient ways to structure low calorie and low carbohydrate intake. The average Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice is 200-300 calories. The average Stouffer’s or Marie Calendar’s meal is 400-600 calories. Usually more than half the calories in TV dinners come from carbohydrate (bread, pasta, noodles, rice, potatoes, stuffing, couscous, etc.) – so just don’t eat the carb. Most patients on the TV Dinner Diet eat 2-4 TV Dinners, twice a day. Calories are under 1000 a day. Weight loss is usually 3-5 pounds a week.
