The Fast Food Diet is one of my favorite, easiest ways to lose weight. Take a week, and eat just dead animules and veggies from your favorite fast food outlet. The average quarter pound hamburger (no bun) from McDonald’s, Wendy’s or Burger King is 200 calories. You can eat 4-8 hamburgers a day and lose 3-5 pounds a week. You’ll probably do best eating one humongous meal of 4-8 burgers, to two large meals of 2-4 burgers. Absolutely, positively no buns. A slice of cheese adds 50 calories. Salad (without cheese, dressing or croutons), onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard are considered calorie free. A small chile from Wendy’s is 230 calories. A a small roast beef sandwich from Arby’s (no bun) is about 200 calories. Keep your calories under 1500 a day, and you’ll lose about 3 pounds a week. Keep your calories under 1000 a day, and lose 5 pounds a week.
