The rules of weight loss

If you’re not on a low carbohydrate diet (less than 20 grams of cabohydrate a day, less than 8 grams of carbohydrate per feeding), you’re probably not going to lose weight. If you’re eating much over 1500 calories a day, you’re probably not going to lose weight. If you’re not drinking at least 80 ounces (a gallon, 128 ounces is better) of water or non-caloric fluid a day, you’re probably not going to lose weight. If you are rock-solid sedentary (you’ve got to move, walk, exercise, do something), you’re probably not going to lose weight. If you cheat more than 1 or 2 days a week, you’re probably not going to lose weight. If you’re not losing 3-5 pounds every week on a low carbohydrate, bar or formula diet, you are probably not going to stay motivated enough to put up with the deprivation, and you are probably not going to lose weight.
