Low carbohydrate diets and low fat diets generally work better for maintenance than for weight loss. Most low carbohydrate and low fat diets don’t restrict calories enough for weight loss. If you are eating as much as you want, you are probably not going to lose weight. If you aren’t hungry, you probably aren’t going to lose weight. If your energy isn’t a bit low, you probably aren’t going to lose weight. If you are looking for the no hunger, feel terrific, high energy weight loss diet – it doesn’t exist.
