The omelet diet – lose 5 pounds a week

The omelet diet is one of my favorite ways to drop at least 5 pounds every week. You won’t be hungry. You won’t have carbohydrate cravings. The diet is two 3 egg omelets with ham and cheese and a bucket of butter every day. You need a milkshake machine (a metal cup with a stirring rod), not a blender. The other secret is the ton of butter. Most of your calories come from fat on this diet, which is why you’re not hungry, and you’re not craving. Crack 3 eggs into your milkshake machine and beat them for 5 minutes. Your eggs must be super-beaten. Once again, an electric blender will not work, you need a milkshake machine. Put 1/4 stick of butter (this is a ton of butter) into a 16 inch non-stick pan on medium heat, and heat the butter until it’s brown. Pour in the super-beaten eggs. With a large spatula, move the egg mixture from the edge of the pan to the center, then tilt the pan to cover the bottom of the pan with egg again. Add 2 slices of full fat swiss or cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on 2 thin slices of ham, finely diced. Fold over the omelet and slide it onto your plate. Have 2 omelets a day. Lose 5 pounds a week.
