Carbohydrates facilitate fat storage. The more carbohydrate you eat, the easier it is for your body to store fat. The less carbohydrate you eat, the less hungry you will be, and the the less fat you will store. In order to lose weight, limit fat storage first, then limit calories. The first thing you need to do to lose weight is to decrease your carbohydrate intake. The second thing you need to do to lose weight is to decrease your calories. The third thing to do is to drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day. The fourth thing to do is to exercise, 4 three minute intervals, every other day.
