The fastest and best weight loss diet is almost always, protein only, 500-800 calories a day. The easiest way to do this is to think – walk, swim or fly. If it can’t walk, swim or fly, don’t put it in your mouth. When you can’t walk, swim or fly anymore, add vegetables – any vegetable you like (without butter or oil) except peas, potatoes and corn. You’ve got to count calories, or put in place portion control, or you won’t lose weight.
