The every other week diet

The every other week diet

A diet that works very well is to lose weight one week, maintain weight the next week, and so on. To lose
weight, limit your total daily carbohydrate intake to no more than 20 grams a day, ideally in no more than 5-8
grams of carbohydrate per feeding. To maintain weight, limit your total daily carbohydrate intake to no more
than 50 grams a day. Eat this 50 grams any way you want. Every other week dieting works amazingly well,
because there’s less deprivation. The average serving of carbohydrate is 20 grams – whether it’s a slice of bread,
an apple or a candy bar. Eating up to 50 grams of carbohydrate a day, if you choose carefully, can be quite
satisfying. How often can you eat two Hershey Bars a day and stil easily maintain weight? Eat as much dead
animule as you want, within reason. A serving of road kill the size of your fist is about 400 calories, whether it’s
meat, fish or fowl. Eating much over 2000 calories a day is silly, so control yourself. Unlimited veggies, anything
you want, as much as you want, except peas, potatoes or corn. Nuts are forbidden, as is butter, margarine and
oil on veggies – because they take calories to stupid. Limit cheese to 4 ounces a day. Most patients lose
10 pounds a month on this program and love it.
