Everyone make weight loss way too complicated. If it can’t Walk, Swim or Fly – don’t put it in your mouth. Eat
any vegetable you want (without butter or oil), except peas, potatoes or corn. Don’t eat anything else. NO milk,
yogurt, fruit, juice, bread, flour, cereal, rice, pasta, sugar, ice cream, candy, crackers, etc. Drink a gallon of
water or non-caloric fluid a day. Keep your calories under 1500 a day. If you want to lose weight faster, keep
your calories between 500 – 800 a day. A fist sized portion of dead animule is about 400 calories. That’s it.
Atkins, Southbeach, The Zone, etc. – make losing weight too complicated. Don’t do anything else. Writing down
everything you eat is silly. You know what you are eating. It doesn’t matter if you eat once or six times a day.
Some patients feel best eating once a day (I do), others eat lots of small meals. It doesn’t matter what time you
eat. You can eat at six in the morning or at midnight. Eat when you want. Your car doesn’t care what time you
put in gas. You lose weight twice as fast of 1500 calories of protein and fat, compared to 1500 calories of
carbohydrate. And you’re less hungry because of the protein and fat. Portion control makes losing weight even
simpler. Three Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (no buns) are 1500 calories. If you want to lose faster,
two Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (no buns) are 1000 calories. As there’s no significant difference in
weight loss on 500 compared to 800 calories a day, go ahead and eat two Double Quarter Pounders with
Cheese (no buns) if you want em.
