The biggest lie that stops weight loss, is that calories don’t count, and that you can eat as much as you want. Vegetable only diets can work, because they are lower in calorie than meat, fruit and vegetable diets. Raw food diets can work, because they are lower in calories than cooked food diets. You won’t lose weight eating 3000 calories a day of vegetables only or raw food only. Most men will lose weight on 1500 calories a day or so. Most women will lose on 1000 calories a day or so. Don’t make yourself too crazy about the calorie number, but try to stay below it, if you want to lose weight.
