If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. The less you eat, the faster you are going to lose weight. It’s always easier to eat nothing than to eat a little. Do 20 seconds of High Intensity Training, 3 times a day. Eat mostly protein, and try to keep your calories at 500-600 a day. If you can’t do 500-600, do 700-800 a day. When you can’t do just protein any more, add vegetables – any vegetables you like except peas, potatoes or corn.
