Before you put anything in your mouth, always stop and ask if you are hungry first. If you aren’t hungry, don’t eat. Never, ever eat in advance for damage control, later in the day. Eating in advance doesn’t prevent damage later in the day. It just piles in more calories. It’s always easier to eat nothing at all than to eat a little, so just don’t put anything in your mouth. One meal a day loses more weight than two meals a day, because you’ll eat less. Always go as long as you can without eating. If you’re not hungry until 8pm, don’t eat anything at all until 8pm.
