Non-caloric caffeinated fluid can really help you lose weight. Whenever you think you are hungry, drink some diet pop or coffee or tea or Diet Snapple or whatever before you eat. It doesn’t matter what you drink, as long as it doesn’t contain any calories. It’s amazing how often people eat when they are thirsty, no hungry. Always drink before you think you have to eat. Make sure you are drinking at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid every day. You’re body can’t tell the difference between water, iced tea and Diet Coke. It’s all the same. Because it’s always easier to eat nothing than to eat a little, always drink non-caloric liquid before putting anything in your mouth.
