The time you eat and how often you eat doesn’t matter, in terms of how your body is going to process the calories. But the time you eat and how often you eat can make a difference and help you lose weight. Eat at the time when you are likely to consume the fewest number of calories. And eat the number of meals that will likely allow you consume the fewest number of calories. I do best and feel best eating just one meal a day, usually after 6pm. Mini meals don’t work for me. Eating earlier than 6pm doesn’t work for me either. But that’s me. You probably already know what time or times you should eat, and how often you need to eat. Keep your carbs under 10 per feeding and your calories under 1500 a day, and you’ll lose weight.
