Keep your cabohydrate intake under 50 grams a day, and you’ll almost certainly maintain your weight. Keep
your carbohdrate intake under 100 grams a day, there’s still a very good chance you’ll be able to maintain.
Increase your omega-3 and good fat intake (beef, lamb, tuna, salmon, olive oil), and cut down on omega-6 fat
(soy oil, corn oil, etc.), and you’ll have an even better chance of maintaining your weight. Exercise at least every
other day, even if it’s just a 20 minute walk, and you’ll increase your chances of maintaining. Take it real easy on
liquid calories (juice and flavored coffee and sugared pop and ice cream) and extremely easy on cheese and nuts
– all of these foods give you way too many calories, way too fast – and you have an even better chance of
maintaining your weight.
