Structure and limit your calories to lose weight

I really want to get you off real food, to drastically limit your calories, to get you to lose weight. It is way too easy to over-eat on protein and fat. Low carbohydrate diets work better than any other diet, if you severely limit your calories. If you don’t severely limit your calories, you’re just depriving yourself of carbohydrates, and not losing weight. Structure works. Eat just protein wafers. Or eat just protein pudding. Or eat just protein Jello. Or eat just canned tuna or canned chicken.
