Stop thinking in terms of breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. Always go as long as you can each day without eating. When you are hungry, go ahead and eat. If you’re not hungry until 6pm, that’s your first meal of the day. Structured diets work well with this approach. If, for example, your structured diet Breakfast is 2 pounds of fruit, and you’re not hungry until 6pm, you eat your 2 pounds of fruit Breakfast at 6pm. You also don’t have to eat all 3 meals on a structured diet program each day. Eat meals only when you are hungry. The less you eat, the faster you are going to lose weight. It’s not rocket science.
