If you haven’t done this already, go over to youtube, search Bill Nagler, then watch ACT for Weight Loss Introduction, Tug of War with the Carbohydrate Monster, Carbs on a Cloud and Carbs on a Stream. Then do Carbs on a Cloud or Carbs on a Stream for 2-3 minutes, twice a day. If I can get you to stop eating carbs, as long as you keep your calories under 1500 or so, I can get you to lose weight. It’s easier than you think, once you get the Carbohydrate Monster off your back.
