The best and fastest weight loss always occurs on protein-only. As long as you can, don’t eat any vegetables. Live on just dead animules – beef, lamb, veal, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish. About half of my patients can lose 3-5 pounds every week freely feeding on protein-only. The other 50%, absolutely, positively have to limit their protein portions, to keep their calories under 1500, in order to lose weight. At 80 calories each, eggs are also a good choice, as is 200 calories a cup cottage cheese. Regular yogurt doens’t work, it’s too high in carbohyrate, but plain Greek yogurt is fine. Hot dogs (about 150 calories each, no bun) work, as do fast-food hamburgers (about 200 calories each, no bun).
