Portion control for rapid weight loss – hamburgers, chicken, hot dogs, eggs

Portion control is the best way I know to lose weight eating real food. Figure out what dead animals you like to
eat, find a portion controlled source, and you can lose weight mor e easily than you have in the past. If you want
to be lazy, fast food works. The average fast food hamburger or roast beef sandwich or grilled
chicken sandwich (without the bun) is 200 calories. Eat 4-6 a day with unlimited veggies, no butter or oil,
anything you want except peas, potatoes or corn. Costco or Sam’s Club works. Costco has 300 calorie frozen
ground sirloin burgers. Eat 3-4 a day with veggies. Or get 200 calorie chicken breasts, and east 4-6 a day, with
veggies. Sprinkle on a little seasoning salt (Lawry’s or Canadian Steak) and put the burgers or chicken breasts
on a grill (outdoor or indoor Forman) or in the microwave. Eggs or Eggbeaters work. Have 12-18 (80 calorie)
eggs a day, or 4-8 (120 calorie) cartons of Eggbeaters a day, with veggies. Hot dogs work. Have 12-24 (50
calorie) Best Koster 97% fat-free hotdogs with veggies a day.
