Eating just one or two meals a day is one of my most popular and effective ways to lose weight. Your one or two meals can be calorie controlled (Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, Healthy Steamers, etc.) or carbohydrate controlled (dead animules and veggies) or ideally both. You absolutely, positively cannot eat as much as you want, and expect to lose weight. You cannot freely feed, and expect to lose weight. You need structure, portion control, and some degree of carbohdyrate control and calorie control. Always go as long as you can without eating. The worse thing you can do is to eat in the morning, if you are not hungry. When you absolutely, positively have to eat – go ahead and eat. That’s your first meal. Then repeat the process. Go as long as you can without eating. When you absolutely, positively have to eat, go ahead and eat again. That’s weight loss.
