No whining, you ate it – half of losing weight is a decision

My business card says: “No whining. You ate it. Half of losing weight is a decision.” I’m not kidding. I can adjust

to. 80% of the time you put food in your mouth, you’re not really hungry. Eating is fun. Food is pleasureable.
