(1) Eat nothing but fish and vegetables for a week (any vegetable you like, but no peas, potatoes or corn) and nothing else – and you’ll drop 3-5 pounds a week. (2) If you absolutely, positively can’t follow a low carbohydrate diet, add 2 tablespoons to olive oil to each feeding, and in 2-3 days you will be able to follow a low carbohydrate diet. (3) If you have muscle cramps, most of the time they are from sodium deficiency, and will disappear after 2-3 days of 2-4 bouillon cubes a day. (4) 80% of your calories are eaten the first and last 5 minutes of a meal, so take it easy on the bread basket, appetizer and dessert.
