My favorite low carb weight loss approach is the Fat Fest. Weight loss is slower, but you’ll feel the best on this program. Keep your calories around 1500 a day, and you’ll lose weight and feel terrific. The high fat content makes you feel full, increases your energy, and decreases your sweet and starch cravings. Satiety is amazing on this diet. You’ll feel full all day. This is the diet I follow to lose 3-5 pounds a week, if I don’t want to lose 5-10 pounds a week on Cat Food. 70-80% of your calories come from omega 3 fat. Have two 1 pound rib eye steaks, and just eat the crown (the fatty circle of meat around the leaner center of meat) – that’s 1500 calories. Have 4 six ounce sirlon burgers from Costco, cover then im olive oil and grill them – that’s 1500 calories. Have 3 four egg Philly cheesesteak omelets – that’s 1500 calories.
