To stay motivated during weight loss, stay structured. Have pre-decided food choices and stick to them. If there’s a food you obsessively eat until it’s gone, don’t keep it in the house. When you go to a restaurant, always order the same thing or same things. Keep your calories under 1500 a day, eat just low fat protein, and you’ll melt. Drink 2-4 cups of bouillon a day (beef, chicken or vegetable) from cubes to keep your salt intake high to eliminate muscle cramps. Here are some of my favorite 1000 calorie choices. Eat just this food, all day. Eat a package of hot dogs. Eat 3-4 large containers of cottage cheese. Eat 3-4 large cans of water packed tuna with Miracle Whip Free. Eat a dozen eggs. Eat a whole roast chicken without skin. Eat a pound of corned beef or pastrami. Go for built-in portion control.
