The less you eat, the faster you are going to lose weight. (2) Drink water an non-caloric fluids like crazy. Try to drink your weight in ounces of water or coffee or tea or Diet Coke every day. I you weight 150 pounds, try to drink 150 ounces of water. Worst case, drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of water every day. (3) You’ll lose weight twice as fast on 1500 calories of protein and fat, compared to 1500 calories of carbohydrate. Carbohydrate facilitates fat storage. If you really want to lose weight, don’t eat more than 5-10 grams of carbohydrate per feeding. Or better, don’t eat carbs at all. If it can’t Walk, Swim, or Fly – don’t put it in your mouth.
