desired. Lunch – 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup cooked spinach. Dinner – Lettuce and celery salad, 8 ounce broiled
or grilled steak. Day 2 – Breakfast – Coffee or tea, 1 saltine cracker. Lunch – Lettuce and celery salad, 8
ounce broiled or grilled steak. Dinner – 10 ounces ham. Day 3 – Breakfast – Black coffee or tea, 1 saltine.
Lunch – 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup tomatoes. Dinner – 10 ounces ham, 2 cups green bean
and tomato salad. Day 4 – Breakfast – Black coffee or tea, 1 saltine. Lunch – 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cup raw
carrots. Dinner – 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, 1 cup fresh fruit salad. Day 5 – Breakfast –
Black coffee or tea, 1 raw carrot. Lunch – 8 ounce fish filet, tomato salad. Dinner – 8 ounce grilled steak, green
salad. Day 6 – Breakfast – Black coffee or tea. Lunch – 8 ounce chicken breast. Dinner – 2 hard boiled eggs,
1 raw carrot. Day 6 – Breakfast – Black coffee or tea. Lunch – 8 ounce grilled steak, 1 cup fresh fruit. Dinner
– Your favorite dinner from the past 6 days.
