Your problem is stopping eating before you eat too much. 5-10 minutes of biofeedback is worth a try for a week or two, before every meal or snack – to see if biofeedback helps you eat less or stop eating sooner. Biofeedback is learned relaxation, so by consciously relaxing before meals, you are less likely to stress eat.
