If you are still craving sweets, it’s time to get creative with Splenda. Add a packet or two of Splenda and a sprinkle of cinnamon to a cup of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Sprinkle the same Splenda and cinnamon over a 2 egg omelet. Worst case, if you are still craving sweets, try Sugar-free Creamsicles or Sugar-free Fudgesicles.
