The caloric insanity of traditional low carb dieting is beyond belief. People start the day with bacon and eggs or a ham and cheese omelet, have a Chef salad ham, cheese and turkey with 1000 Island dressing or quiche Lorraine for lunch, and a steak with another salad with cheese and vinagrette, and mixed vegetables in butter for dinner. Well over 3000 calories a day, and they wonder why they are not losing. You absolutely, positively cannot eat as much as you want on a low carb (or high carb) diet, and expect to lose weight.
