Take a week, live on canned or retort packed tuna, and you can easily lose 5-10 pounds. Go to Costco or Sam’s Club or Kroger or Meijer’s. Get 4-6 ounce cans or retort packs of tuna. Eat 2, 3 or 4 a day. Eat 1, 2, 3 or 4 meals a day. Put yellow mustard or Dijon mustard or Miracle Whip Free on your tuna. Make sure you drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of water or non-caloric fluid a day. Drink 4 bouillon cubes in water a day, to replace the sodium you are losing. Don’t eat anything else. You won’t be hungry. You’ll melt.
