500 DIET – Eat 2 meals a day, whenever you want. Each meal is 1 Meat, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fruit and Drink. Don’t
eat all the food if you’re not hungry. Eat 1 meal, 2 meals, or pick at your 2 Meats, 2 Vegetables, 2 Fruits and
Drink all day. Food can be eaten right out of the can, or boiled, broiled, or grilled without oil, butter or
margarine. Use fat free mayonnaise or fat free salad dressing, salt, pepper, relish, garlic, onion salt and spices.
Meat – Each meal consists of one can OR 4-8 ounces of one of the following. Eat 2 Meats a day if you want
this much. Use fresh food if you prefer, but you’ll do better with canned because of portion control. – Chicken in
broth, Turkey in broth, Tuna in water, Sardines in mustard, Crab in water, Shrimp in water, Lobster in water,
Clams in broth, Mussels in broth, 2 fat-free Hot Dogs, 4-ounces Eggbeaters, 3/4 cup fat- Cottage Cheese, 1
cup fat-free Yogurt. Eat any Meat on the All Meat Diet, 300-400 calories a day.
Vegetables – Each meal consists of one 8-ounce water-packed can OR one cup of one of the following. Eat 2
Vegetables a day if you want this much. No carrots or tomatoes. They have too much sugar & stop fat burning. –
Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Celery, Collards, Cucumbers, Kale, Lettuce, Onions,
Spinach, Mushrooms, Sprouts, String Beans.
Fruit – Each meal consists of one Fruit from the list, fresh not canned. Eat 2 Fruits a day if you want this much. –
1 Apple, 1/2 Grapefruit, 1/2 Cantalope, 1/4 Honeydew, 3″ Watermelon, 1 Orange, 12 Grapes, 6 Strawberries.
Drink – Drink as much fluid as you can, at least one gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day. Water, Diet
Pop, Coffee, Tea, Club Soda, Diet Snapple, Diet Kool-Aid, Crystal Lite, etc.
