Keeping low carb calories under control

Keeping low carb calories under control

A good way to keep calories under control on a low carboydrate diet is to freely feed on protein and fat one day, freely feed on 5% vegetables the next day – and alternate every oter day. On your protein and fat day, freely feed (within reason, stay under 3000 caloreis) on beef, lamb, pork, veal, chicken, turkey, shimp, lobster, crab, clams, mussels, haddoock, cod, halibut, seabass, salmon, etc. On your veggie day, freely feed on any vegetable you like, as much as you want, except peas, potatoes or corn. No butter, oil or fat on your meat or veggies. This is one of my favorite ways to lose 5 pounds a week and automatically keep calories under control.
