Keep weight loss simple

You’ve got to keep your diet simple, or you’re probably not going to lose weight. Structured, menu-based weight loss programs don’t work, because it’s hard to eat specific foods for specific meals every day. Walk, Swim or Fly is my favorite program, because if you somewhat control yourself, it’s easy to lose about 5 pounds a week. By somewhat control yourself, I mean you’ve got to limit the amount of dead animule you eat. You absolutely, positively cannot eat 3000 calories of protein and fat every day, and expect to lose weight. Keep your calories at 1500 or below, and your weight will fall off. If you are eating much more than 1500 calories a day, weight loss will be too slow to make the deprivation worth the weight loss.
