Give me just one week of 3 – 20 second HITS (High Intensity Trainings) a day, and you’ll be
surprised at what happens to your weight, your hunger, your cravings, and your energy. You can
do your HIT in a suit. You won’t break a sweat. If it doesn’t take you at least 2 minutes to
recover, you are not exerting hard enough. No warm up. No cool down. Use an elliptical or
