It doesn’t matter what time you eat. There’s no difference between eating at 8am and eating at midnight. It’s like putting gas in your car. It doesn’t make any difference what time you fuel up. Gas is burned the same way, no matter what time you put it in your car. The same thing goes for the time you eat. I almost never eat until after 7 or 8pm. You know what time you need to eat. Eat only when you are hungry. That’s the time that’s best for you.
