In terms of weight loss, it doesn’t really matter if you eat one large meal or six small meals a day. But in terms of
your success on my program, it makes all the difference in the world. Some patients do better eating once a day,
others do better 4-6 times a day. I’m in the once a day group. I eat once a day, usually sometime after 7pm. If I
eat before then, I get hungry and feel tired all day. I have other patients who absolutely do better and feel better
eating 4 small, equally spaced meals a day. In my clinical experience, most patients do best eating once or twice
a day, but not everybody. Try Run, Walk, Swim or Fly both ways (1-2 meals or 4-6 meals) and see which
works better for you.
