Increase your fat intake to lose weight on the Dead Animal Diet

If you want to try to lose weight, freely feeding on the Dead Animal Diet, the trick is to increase your fat intake. 75% of your calories should come from fat, 25% from protein. Eat the fattiest hamburger you can get your hands on. Eat the fattiest ribeye steaks you can find. Add olive oil to every animal protein. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil to every egg you eat. Eat mostly fish, shellfish, beef, lamb and veal. Pork and chicken are secondary choices, unless swimming in olive oil, because they contain less ideal fats. The closest you can get to freely feeding weight loss, is a high fat diet. High protein doesn’t work as well, because excess protein is metabolized to glucose, that can increase sweet and starch cravings.
