If you’re not hungry, don’t eat is my biggest secret and my best strategy for weight loss. Go ahead and skip a
meal or skip multiple meals. Most patients can go for days without eating, in perfect health. The biggest mistake
most patients make, is thinking they have to eat. If you’re not hungry, don’t put anything in your mouth. Eating
breakfast or eating any meal, does not speed up your metabolism or make you lose weight. In fact, eating tends
to stimulate hunger and make you want to eat more. For most patients, it’s much easier to eat nothing at all than
to eat a little. Eating just adds calories. If you want to lose weight, you’re going to have to starve. You’re going to
have to stop eating. There’s no other way. No matter how slow you think your metabolism is, I guarantee that if
you stop eating – you will lose weight. No one ever came out of a POW camp fat. The less you eat, the faster
you are going to lose weight. Just make sure you drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day.
Drinking your weight in ounces of non-caloric fluid is better. If you weight 150 pounds, try to drink 150 ounces a
day.
