If you absolutely, positively can’t live without Fruit – Meat, Fruit and Vegetables is my best way for you to lose weight. You can eat up to a pound and a half of or raw or cooked Vegetables (anything you want, except peas, potatoes or corn), twice a day. You can eat up to a pound of Meat (any dead animal you want, 8 ounces twice a day, or 16 ounces once a day) every day. You can eat up to 2 pounds of Fruit (anything you want) a day, but the Fruit has to be eaten at your first or last meal. Some patients do well eating Fruit as their first meal, it satisfies cravings for the day. Other patients do better and feel better eating Fruit with their last meal of the day. Try your Fruit both ways. See whether breakfast or dinner Fruit works better for you.
